Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?
Do unto those you want done unto you.
If at first you don’t succeed, Try, try, again.
There are a few more but those are the two I try to follow the most.

Two that I think of:
What goes around comes around
The more things change the more they stay the same [in English and French both]
If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything.
Having said – sometimes you need to learn to fall and HOW to fall.
“Do unto those”… comes into the Ethic of Reciprocity.

Thank you. I am finding the second to be true. “the more things change the more they stay the same.” it’s almost like an invisible pushback from some unknown force.

“Every action has an equal and opposite reaction”

in physics and in human affairs.
The forces, there, are more or less known.
Or at least knowable.
“Invisible” and “unknown” are so powerful.
Also – “If you don’t do something; nothing will change”.
