Ok! So we made it to California. For those of you whom have enjoyed my posts and want to read about our adventures, my running, and whatever pops into my head. I will go into more detail of our trip to California hopefully next week. My mental capacity right now to do that much story telling is very low.
We are slowly adjusting to the time change and environment. The first day we were here was in its 50s and windy which made for a chilly day. The next day was in the 60s and still; this made the day hot. Today is still and in the 70s! The Campground we are staying at is very quite and peaceful really nothing around us to help occupy the kids. I am looking into riding lessons for us and possibly other activities for adventure and learning.
We went for a walk around the neighborhood and found some interesting plants. One plant of interest is the pricklyapple bush. Thanks to my inature app I was able to find out if it was poisonous. My kids just love to learn if they can eat plants. They are in love with all of the cactus plants’ as well. I love that we can have the door and the windows open.
Next week I will talk about Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. For now I am still adjusting. I hope you all have a happy fun filled day!
