Started week 3 day 1

Today my hubby takes off to Grenada to pick up his work supplies. It is also my running day! I’m a bit nervous about leaving the kids to go running for 25 minutes this morning one reason being the girls are young and I worry about them waking up scared. Either way I will not think about that to much, because if I do I’ll convince myself not to run. Below is a screen shot of my training!

The itinerary for this week. Man that 3 minute run though hahaha! I’ll keep you all posted.

If there is one thing that I have noticed about running it would be that the more relaxed a person is before the run the easier it is. This morning my first three minute run was amazing in fact it was very easy compared to how I built it up in my head. But that second three minute run had me gasping for air and telling my phone to say walk already.

Although I did not make it as far. No idea why considering the fact that running 3 minutes twice today I would of thought that I would have gone further.

The kids did really well with being inside while I was out running. They had a documentary on and were waiting patiently for me to be done. This morning after my run I did Travis Elliot’s super spine yin yoga. For breakfast we had liverwurst with eggs and cheese they ate it up really fast.

While eatting breakfast we worked on our addition facts then went for a walk. After the walk we redid the first lesson in Apologia science Botany. We had some friends over as well so they could learn science with us! While I was reading about plants I had the kids occupy themselves by having them drew a picture of how they think a plant grows.

Kay read a book upside down and barely had any issues. There were only a few words that she had a hard time with and I helped her sound them out, the best part is she did not throw any fits or whine about having to read.
