I started doing Travis Elliots yin yoga again on Monday. The session on YouTube I started doing was his 60 minute splits. This is to help with my mental stability. Before I started though I let the kids know the activities they could do while I was tending to my self care.
The whole time I was doing yoga though they were tattling on each other, making the hour long regimen stressful. It got to the point that I had them turn on a documentary to keep them occupied. The whole reason I do running, walking, and yoga is to be able to handle situations that trigger me better. Alas it is the way it is tomorrow is another day and we well be training with the couch to 5k/10k.
The more I implement yoga. The more they well be able to occupy themselves during that period. The boundary testing the is frustrating.
