Week 2 Day 2

Yesterday we went for our run at around 9:30am it was a bit difficult to start though. The park kids are home for a four day weekend for Veterans day! My daughter’s kept grazing as well. I guess I am not going to worry about them getting sick

Our distance has improved.  I do not think the girls are enjoying the training though well maybe just Charlie she has short legs so it is a little difficult for her to keep up. Lucas has a looser stride now so he is having trouble staying with the group. Kaarina has long legs so if I allowed her she could run pretty fast.

Alas this is a group activity so we are going to stay together. After the run my girls did some cosmic kids yoga to stretch the muscles they just used. Now if only I can find a yoga instructor for my son to follow and like doing the stretches. That time will come though. I am not going to push things anymore it caused him undue stress and myself anger and anxiety because I could get him to participate in anything. I am finding after a year of not making do any type of physical activity he is more will to it.

For rest of the day we went up to Tehachapi for lunch and grocery shopping!

Beef gyro
Garlic fries
Chicken gyro

Mediterranean delicatessen & restaurant was a great place to eat. The baklava was just the right amount of sweet, and the philo dough so flaky and melt in your mouth good. I am sorry there is not a picture for the baklava, my phone sat in the sun and got over heated.

Making progress everyday and enjoying the process in the meantime. I hope all is well and peaceful for you all. Enjoy the rest of your day! Thank you for reading!

Where to begin! I am first a mom of three; one boy and two girls. We travel around the US with my husband and homeschool on the road! last year I learned to make homemade soap and sell it for a small income.
