New Exercise Regimen

Today my son and I did some HIIT! One of my friends reccomended some exercises to choose from. Since I have not been able to run as much here in California as I was able to in Mississippi my waist line is is expanding! So I have to do something other than running especially since My two littles rug rats do not want to run three times a week. So today I started HIIT INBETWEEN the running. This should help with whittling away the middle.

Lucas participated for half of the exercises listed below. He wanted to run but after the long weekend of hiking the Yosemite national park I felt that it was necessary for the kids to relax and recuperate.

I did three rounds on each thing that is listed! With 30sec doing the exercises and 15sec resting.

Hopefully I stick to the routine and not stop after a few weeks. I post for accountability and to remind myself that physical activity is important for stress and mental well being. I hope you all have had a quite and relaxing weekend!
