Today marks the second day of my new routine! Despite the fact that was still sore from Monday I exercised anyway’s. This time I did
Knee highs
Butt kicks
Plank jacks first for cardio
Then I did Sumo squats
Slanted push ups
High knees
Sit ups
Lunges
Inch worm
Butt kicks
Ankle taps
Glute bridges
Tricep dips
Plank jacks
Planks
My son and I did these for 30 seconds each then rested 15 seconds. We did three rounds of all in the order above. I am thinking that I need to change the planks to a different area though because my arms are tired after doing the tricep dips and the Plank jacks. I am going to see if we can do four rounds on Friday and hoping that the transition time is a bit quicker then as well.
Afterwards we did a five minute stretching cool down. Then we went to a free art fun day at an arts center only to find out that it was not happening at all. Once again I had the times mixed up. At least there was a playground there and the kids could play.
Wow. That’s quite a routine! I think I would have already given up. Keep going!
