This past week we took an impromptu trip to Mohave, California. We stayed at a hotel and visited some people that we met last year while dad went to work. So, this week I did not run. I did however use a treadmill one day for thirty minutes. Then on Friday, we all went hiking on the telegraph loop trail.
We made it to the second flag pole and then decided to walk down through the canyon to get back to the car. The terrain is rocky and steep some of it was very narrow as well. If you decide to hike this trail be aware that it is not marked very well and remember to bring a lot of water.
