Week 6 Day 1

What a run! I have no idea what might be making me so tired! But it needs to stop. For some reason the five minute run was tough. The eight minute one felt as if I was running for 20 minutes. Which in turn made me slow to a walk for about a minute.

This was difficult today!

I am thinking that maybe the week vacation for training might be a good idea. This way my body can rest and I can restart the program with the littles. We were finally able to buy running shoes for them it took way more time and energy to find them good shoes for running than I was expecting. I am excited for them to join in on this journey with me!

I really need to find someone who understands this!

I will finish the next two runs for week six. Then take a break for a week possibly for two weeks.

My goals are to have a better way to handle stress and have better endurance when I need to catch up with my girls. The best part that I am hoping will start happening is to lose the extra pounds around the middle.

This week though feeling tired has made me feel discouraged. It has also kind of made me feel like training is pointless.

So here is a list of things that I know I am better because of training. Going shopping with all three of the kids. I do not feel irritated when they touch everything. I do not start to panic because everything is just to loud. The lights do not irritate me as much anymore. Now that I found some good runners stretches for before and after training my body no longer hurts. All in all I feel more capable to complete the tasks that need to be tended to.

Man I was tired during this run!
