Making Progress

Today is my third week of making time to exercise my physical body. I was able to run twice this week and I worked on my arms on Tuesday. Tomorrow, after I get done cleaning for a lady I will do a Tabata HIIT routine for my legs.

Upon waking up I drank some coffee and waited for the rugrats to emerge from slumber. When they came out of the rooms and we snuggled for a while I got up got my gear on and they got dressed. The girls rode their bikes while Lucas and I trained (ran). Doing an exercise like this in the morning helps all of us get set for school during the day.

I usually do not get two miles when I run much less above two miles. I may have pushed myself just a tad. My lungs were on fire. Sometimes while running I just forget how to breathe properly and breathe in through my mouth instead of my nose. I will be working on that the more I train.

I forgot to shut the Fitbit off.

When we arrived back at the camper Lucas made breakfast for the three of them. Breakfast was eggs and hamburger with parmesan cheese he seasoned it with salt, pepper, dry mustard, and something else. I was not watching that closely. I usually just make sure he is not cooking on high heat.

While he was cooking breakfast the girls and I worked on writing the letter E and making its sound. Then they ate and played while I ate my food. After all that we were able to complete math, reading, and science.

Concentrating on math

The school was done for the day it was time to work together and clean up our room and do the laundry.

They were collaborating on who was going to put what in the washers.

Laundry was started mom was cooking it is time to eat dinner. After eating we gather our shower stuff and went to the bathhouse to shower while our clothes were drying. Mom started to fold one load while Katrina and Charlotte were completing their hygiene routine. Charlie got the second load out when she was dressed. I love it when kids see a task that needs to be done and help by doing that task.

Shower complete time to take the clothes out of the drier.

This all happened yesterday and I feel very accomplished with how much we were able to achieve. Today is off to a cleaning job then HIIT and leg day.

I hope you all have a fabulous day. Thank you for stopping by and the encouragement to continue with my mental health routine to me get through the day and achieve everything that needs to be done daily. I know it has been helping with my ability to stay neutral when the kids are being resistant to learning or in general tasks that are asked.

Where to begin! I am first a mom of three; one boy and two girls. We travel around the US with my husband and homeschool on the road! last year I learned to make homemade soap and sell it for a small income.
